How long does shipping take and is it really free?
Yes — shipping is completely free on every order across India, with no minimum order value. We dispatch all orders placed before 2:00 PM on the same business day. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. Metros like Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad typically receive orders within 2–3 days. You will receive a tracking link via SMS and email once your order is dispatched.
What is your return and refund policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for products that are damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described. Since our products are fragrances, we are unable to accept returns due to personal scent preferences.
